Vinification and Aging: Alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature; at the end of the process, the wine is placed in new French Allier oak barriques for 18 months, then the three-year maturation ends in French oak barrels. It is then assembled and then bottled.
Aging: in the bottle in the cellar, lasts at least 8 months.

Nebbiolo can be best appreciated when its rich and full aromas are combined with important dishes, first and second courses, ideal with seasonal game marinated in the same Nebbiolo wine. Like the great Italian wines from Tuscany and Verona, it contains a moderate acidity and tannin at will.
