The 2017 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is ruby in color with a magenta rim. It has an enticing nose of cassis, blackberry, vanilla, sage, and spearmint. Upon entry, this wine builds from potpourri and bramble to a bright pop of raspberry on the mid-palate—a juicy finish with chewy tannins and a medium length.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon
100% Horse Heaven Hills, aged seven months in 80% American oak and 20% French oak. A ripe and expressive style with aromas and flavors of juicy black cherry and red currants. These flavors are carried through the full-bodied palate finishing with a persistent, almost sweet fruit finish with hints of herbal, clove-filled oak notes.
Alder Ridge Winery is a celebration of one of the founding, most highly reputed vineyards in the famed Horse Heaven Hills appellation of Washington State. Best known for its award-winning Cabernet Sauvignon, the vineyard’s first vines were planted in 1997 and include plantings of Grenache, Mourvedre, Roussane, and Cinsault, among dozens more, making it the site of Washington’s most sought-after reds. Prized fruit from this prolific, 800-acre site is purchased by many of the state’s most notable boutique wineries.
An homage to the epic wine professional, Michael Broadbent, who founded Broadbent (one of our importers!) and also started the original wine auction in 1966 in collaboration with Christie’s auction house. This wine is made in the old-school Napa style, with balance, acidity, structure, and lots of delicious dark fruit character.
Founded in 2010, Aviary Vineyards launched with the 2009 vintage of our Napa Valley Red Blend. That first vintage took advantage of tiny lots of different varieties from 13 different vineyards throughout Napa Valley. Much like an aviary, the blend of different grapes interacted and harmonized to create a wine that was beautiful, enjoyable,…
Aromas of cherry, dark plum, blueberries, vanilla, and oak. The palate is smooth and well-balanced. Flavors of ripe red and dark fruits.
Blended from premier benchland vineyards, our Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon is polished and approachable. Elegant, juicy flavors of berry cobbler followed by mocha and wood spice unite, layer by layer to form a rich full-bodied wine with chalky, round tannins and a long finish. We suggest pairing with a rib eye with peppercorn sauce.
This elegant wine begins with aromas of blackberry, black cherry and sandal wood. Flavors of black currant, fennel and lavender are followed by soft acidity and spiced fruit finish.
Our classic Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon reveals aromas of ripe blackberry and boysenberry with hints of dark chocolate and sweet oak. On the palate, the dark fruit is balanced by fresh acidity and lush tannins that carry all the way over a lingering, elegant finish—with just a kiss of minerality.
One of the few organic producers in Bordeaux, Jean De Fré took over this small farm in the 80s and converted to organics. The wines are delicious, beautifully made, clean, and super reasonably priced. Nice to see all these things from Bordeaux!
