    Bettalunga ‘Rigaldo’ Grechetto IGT


    Winemaker and Enologist, Alessandro Lanterna, has been using 100% organic practices since 2018. Working with only 2.5 hectares of land with 5 vintages of history behind the label, his small batch wines are regionally distinct and plot specific. His yearly production is 5-6000 bottles.


    “RIGALDO” is the name of a moat nearby the vineyard.

    Grape Variety: 100% Grechetto

    Training System: Guyot

    Harvest Period: Mid September

    Vinification: Free-run must from soft-pressing, fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks

    Aging: 6 months on the lees in stainless steel tanks

    A true family passion, cultivated in a century of history, the Goretti family has been making wine since the early 1900s. They are committed to low-impact and sustainable practices in the vineyard and in the winery to ensure that their estates will continue their legacy and last for many generations to come.

    This wine is made with 50% Grechetto and 50% Trebbiano. The grapes are hand harvested early September. Then they undergo controlled fermentation in stainless-steel tanks and are aged 1 month in bottle.
