    This wine is made with 100% Primitivo. Grown in medium deep over layers of limestone. Hand harvested late August. Fermentation with maceration at controlled temperatures for 10 days. Aged in stainless for minimum for 6 months on fine lees.

    This wine is made with 100% Primitivo. Grown in medium textured clay. Hand harvested late August. Cold maceration in press for 6 hours. Fermentation in temperature controlled, stainless steel tanks. Aged in stainless for 3 months on fine lees.

    This wine is made with 80% Negroamaro 20% Malvasia Nera. Grown in medium textured clay. Harvested mid September. Fermentation with maceration at controlled temperatures for 10 days. Aged in second passage French & American oak barriques for 6 months.
