DESCENDIENTES DE JOSE PALACIOS, BIERZO VILLA DE CORULLON (2015)
Corullón’s combination of generosity and precision confirms not only its special status, but also the superiority of Álvaro’s and Ricardo’s winemaking. The grapes are harvested, sorted, and destemmed by hand. They macerate for 25 days in oak fermentors with hand punch down. Maturation occurs in French oak. It is not fined or filtered before bottling.
