Friday August 8 Wine Tasting Anytime 4-7

This Week’s Fab Four!
- Laxas Albariño Expect a vibrant palate with flavors of apricot, peach, and a touch of honey. The wine is known for its crisp acidity and a subtle saline or mineral character. Laxas pairs well with seafood (oysters, mussels, fish tacos), light salads, and soft cheeses.
- The Wood Cutter Shiraz tastes of aromatic plum and black cherry with dark chocolate and intensity, yet refined. Pairs well with grilled meats
- Claux Souther Rhône red has a Silky texture with a robust freshness, offering pure red and black fruit flavors, enhanced by hints of spices—a great intro wine from one of the best winemakers in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Pairs with hearty stews and BBQ.
- Holloran Rosé from Willamette. These old vines of Pinot Noir provide an excellent source for a complex Rosé with pure, deep, ripe flavors. Farmed organically and biodynamically, it has deep roots and provides excellent complexity and an extended finish. Pairs with Harbison cheese!
